By accessing and using Redacted ("the Game"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Description of Service

Redacted is a free daily literary guessing game. Each day, users attempt to guess a classic novel from a redacted excerpt.

User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the Game
• Not use automated tools or bots to play the Game
• Not share solutions or spoilers publicly before others have had a chance to play

Intellectual Property

The Game design, code, graphics, and branding are owned by Redacted. All book excerpts are from public domain works (published before 1928 in the United States).

User Content

When you share your game results, you grant us permission to display and distribute that content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to the Game
• Accuracy of book information
• That the Game will be error-free

Limitation of Liability

Redacted shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Game.

Changes to the Game

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Game at any time
• Change the rules or mechanics
• Add or remove features

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Canada.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
